We required a full refurbishment of a Victorian cottage, with an open plan living & kitchen area, with a built-in feature fireplace. With a modern fitted kitchen and stairs to the first floor. The utility room with fridge, freezer and washing machine, plus a downstairs bathroom. Frost Construction was able to accomplish two double bedrooms upstairs and a loft room.
